The Happy Homes Remodeling Experience

Happy Homes Remodeling follows these basic steps to help you achieve your ideal home renovation!

Step 1 : Meet with our lead carpenter and a designer in your home

Our first meeting typically requires an investment of one to two hours on your part. During this meeting we will review our credentials with you, including our Class A + BLD license and two million dollar liability policy. We will discuss your desired scope of work, take measurements, and evaluate your current needs.

Step 2 : Send the Design and the Estimate

After we’ve completed the design and drawings, we will develop our free estimate. Your designer will send you the estimate, portfolio and renderings for your project. The estimate includes the full scope of the work and payment schedule for your project. Depending on the complexity of the project, we often find it helpful to schedule another meeting to go over the files that we send to you and incorporate any desired changes.

Step 3 : Finalize the Design

As we move towards construction, we will continue to work with you to finalize design. We will bring material selection samples to your home, meet you at our sample center, or refer you to our trusted partners for the broadest possible range of choices for materials. We will help you pick the best combination of styles and colors to achieve your desired look while also fitting in with the overall look of your home.

Step 4 : Construction

We will determine project start and work hours at contract signing. Our work crews receive excellent feedback from homeowners, and are reliable and highly skilled. They will be extremely considerate of your home, clean up the worksite daily, and will seal the work area to reduce the spread of dirt and dust.

Step 5 : Finishing Up

After construction is complete, we will have a final wrap-up meeting with you. Your project manager will take you on a walk through ensuring job satisfaction.
